Japanese style cheesecake


I haven't baked any cake or dessert since EB was born. In the past few days I thought that I should bake something for fun. Yesterday I finally baked a simple Japanese style cheesecake. Yum Yum...I tried this recipe once long time ago. This time I tried to make them in small cupcake size rather than one big round shape. But there're only 6. Next time I should double the ingredients in order to make more.
What should I make next? Banana bread? Blueberries cupcakes? Cookies? Egg tarts?...
