Soya Cheesecake

繼上次與友人合作一個豆奶芝士蛋糕,今次自己動手。味道與口感都幾好味,有一種很滑及清香的感覺,不過由於它太軟身又或者有其他原因,所以當我開刀後,它便有collapse 的跡象,而且個餅乾做的底也做得不夠好。所以仍有待改進,才可與人分享。

Good job! Too bad I use another soymilk this time so the texture just can't compare with the one that we made last time :(
