Breaking news

In this afternoon, my co-worker mentioned to me about the breaking news happened in Richmond as she knew that I lived in this city. During my dinner break, I got a chance to watch the news shown on the TV. Oh, it is so terrible. I can't imagine if this happened to my home, my relatives or my friends! Yes, it is so close to us. Now it is not something happened in the States, but in the city where we live. Home a sweet home is supposed to be a safe place to stay, but IT IS NOT. I thank God that I'm still alive and being with my family. This accident really reminded me that there's no safe place, only God is our shelter and our peace. And we don't know whether we will get killed or injured even we just stay in our sweet home. We cannot control our life and death. Some nonbelievers said that they will wait until the last minute of their lives to accept Jesus Christ. Can they do that? Do they know when the death comes? No one knows what will happen in next minute. How can they catch the time to say they accept Christ? I'm also thinking whether I am ready to see my God (without shameful) if it happened to me. Many people haven't accepted Jesus Christ yet. Do we want them to die without the salvation?
